Our family group, Mark (my son in law). Tom (my grandson) and myself are taking on the 50 mile Cycle4Cynthia 2023 challenge.

We are riding in memory of my younger brother, Ben (Brendan) Healy, who received wonderful loving care in the last weeks of his life this year, from the dedicated team at the Cynthia Spencer Hospice.

We are also, of course, riding to raise funds to help ensure that others may receive the same wonderful care in the future. Please give generously.
