Rhys, Owen, Sally, Keith (my dad) and myself are doing the Super Hero Triathlon as a team for White Lodge.

The main rule for this unique triathlon is that someone on your team must have a disability of any kind. After that you can mix your team up to cover the distance as a relay with as many of you doing each leg as you want.

Our distances are:

Swim 400m: Rhys, Owen, Gareth

Bike 10km: Rhys, Owen, Keith, Sally, Gareth

Run 2.5km: Owen, Sally, Gareth

For those that don't know, White Lodge is a disability centre that provides a range of therapies for children and adults, playgroups, nursery school and short breaks. But most of all, it's a place to feel welcome, make connections and find support.

When Rhys was much younger we leant on White Lodge for support and advice, so if you have any spare cash please donate and support the amazing team at White Lodge.

And if you 'gift aid' your donation an extra 25% goes on top of your donation at no extra cost to yourself.
