I am taking part in the great north run this year for my Auntie Avril. She dedicated her life to helping people with serious brain trauma, it was her calling and her passion. In her lifetime she helped many patients after traumas and helped other colleagues to develop their practice. Not only was she caring and passionate in work, but in her own life too. She was an angel, before her time was due. It isn't just our family that she is a loss to, but the many people she could of helped and would of encountered. Charities like headway carry on the work that she was so dedicated to her whole life.

For those who know me well, you will know I am not a runner. This is going to be a serious challenge for me and I hope I do you all proud.
