It's the Half Reason for the Season! Join us in raising money for Sage in honor of Josh's half birthday.

Sage Foundation provides funding to community clinics throughout Maricopa County which are staffed with licensed physicians and 3rd and 4th year medical students from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. Patients include children in low-income school districts, domestic violence survivors, women and children recovering from homelessness and trauma, individuals living with HIV/AIDS and patients recovering from substance abuse.

The community clinics serve patients with the best of conventional medicine (prescription medicines, lab work), preventative, and alternative medicine (acupuncture, clinical nutrition, supplements, homeopathy).

Donations to Sage qualify for the Arizona Charitable Tax Credit! Any AZ taxpayer is eligible to claim this credit and it does not conflict with other AZ tax credits (including public school). This means you can stack your tax credits! Individuals can give up to $400 and couples filing jointly can give up to $800 and get it back on their taxes!
