Hazel will be taking part in Hyrox Manchester Autumn 2024 and raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support. A cause very close to her heart as a lot of people are affected and will have had the support of MacMillan.

The Hyrox event consists of:

8K Run (Split into 1K Laps)

1000 Ski Erg

152kg Sled Push

103 Sled Pull

80m of Burpee Jumps

1000m of Rowing

200 of 24kg kettlebell Farmers Carry

100m of 20Kg Sandbag Lunges

100 reps of 6kg Wall Balls
