Want to join Hays Travel Bury in making a difference?

Normally we're booking other people's holidays from Manchester Airport, but this time it's us travelling to the airport ... AND WE'RE WALKING IT!!

Every year Hays Travel commits to fundraising with our communities. This year we have chosen the very worthwhile cause of Andy's Man Club.

ANDYS MAN CLUB is a male suicide prevention charity in which was established in 2016 after the tragic loss of Andrew Roberts to suicide aged 23. They facilitate non professional peer to peer support groups across the UK and Scotland for any man to attend over 18. They provide a confidential non judgmental space for men to come together to chat about anything that they would like to get off of their chest. They have no waiting list, no referral or signing in process.

So for this cause, our team at Hays Travel Bury will be walking from our branch to Manchester Airport on Sunday 8th September 2024. They will be walking 18 miles (which is roughly 9 lengths of Manchester Airport's Runway) and will take around 7-8 hours to complete and we really need your help in raising money for Andy's Man Club.

We have discovered that male suicide is the biggest killer of men under 50, with male mental health surrounded by well-ingrained cultural stigma in the UK - this is why we want to help make a difference.
