As some of you may know, 10 years ago I lost my best mate, my Grandad! Losing someone you love so much to suicide often feels like you’ve left a book open and you never really get that closure.

However I do know that our Grandad was the bravest and he didn’t want to see our family hurting like he was.

Back in 2021, myself and Reice signed up for The Manchester Marathon but due to Covid we couldn’t run, so here we are three years later and not only have we signed up for the Altrincham 10k in September we have also signed up to run the marathon again in April 2025!

Our last fundraiser for Mind raised £295, this time we aim to push higher and set the joint fundraiser for both runs to £350. So please if you could support us and donate anything for this charity in remembrance of Grandad and all those effected by Mental Health it truly would mean a lot ❤️
