Hello friends, I'm taking part in Nottingham Hospitals Charity's October Step Challenge and walking 12,000 steps a day to raise money to support patients and their families across Nottingham's NHS Hospitals. That's one step for every patient seen each day! As everyone knows exercise is not something I'm keen on and this will be a huge effort for me to complete. Please support me and this excellent charity - every £1 counts.
