On July 13th, I will be taking part in Tough Mudder with an amazing team for Derian House Children's Hospice's.

I have NEVER challenged myself with anything like this before, but after hearing the buzz and comradery from the team who did this last year, I had to get involved......wish me luck! (I'll need it!) But pushing myself for an amazing cause.

Derian House help children and young people, whose lives are too short to make happy memories in an environment of fun, respect and above all, high quality care. They provide respite and end-of-life care to more than 400 children and young people across the North West 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
