Before banging my bin at our home game V Tranmere Rovers, I'm taking part in the Wombles Walk on 30 September to raise funds for AFC Wimbledon Foundation because of the life changing work they do in the Community.

I will be walking 10km around Wimbledon Common and the streets and parks of Merton ending up back at Plough Lane, so please give generously..
