Hatem's fundraiser for Medecins Sans Frontieres / Doctors Without Borders (MSF)

London to Brighton Cycle Ride 2024 · 15 September 2024 ·
As a father who has experienced the grief of losing a child due to illness, but is also blessed with another who survived their medical challenges, I recognise many people are not as fortunate as I am.
But groups like MSF can help support some of the most vulnerable people in the world, putting themselves at risk to bring hope to others. Given my experiences and personally knowing and working with people from many areas of the world that are suffering (Yemen, Turkiye, Syria, Sudan, Palestine, Libya... etc) this is a cause near and dear to my heart.
TRAINING UPDATE
After a coupe of injuries and some recovery I have managed to work up to a 60km/38 mile ride... not quite the length of the Brighton ride but there is hope it won't outright kill me :D
The actual ride is 55 miles with a big hill near the end, yay 😅.
