Story
Thank you for visiting this page.
I hope everyone will be fortunate enough to know my dear brother Charlie, who has brought great joy to all our lives with his humour, charm and loving ways (most of the time).
We as a family feel very blessed to have had Charlie as part of our world for 31 years though it’s not always been plain sailing. Charlie has accepted and beaten many of the challenges life has thrown his way. We all face daily struggles, strains and stresses which are often self made; but life for Charlie and his peers can be tough and challenging in different ways through no fault of their own, often putting our daily challenges into perspective. Therefore I want to do my bit to help. I plan to haul my body through the streets of London for the Marathon in aid of the Down’s Syndrome Association (DSA).
I hope you can please donate to this wonderful cause to help improve and empower the lives of people with Down’s to enable them to live a fulfilling, inclusive and rewarding life.
The Down’s Syndrome Association (DSA) is the only charity in the UK that is there throughout the whole lifespan of somebody who has Down’s syndrome, from before birth, through to old age, and everything in between. The aim is to enable people who have Down’s syndrome to live full and rewarding lives. The DSA has been doing great work for more than 50 years.
Thank you in advance.
