I am doing the California Ironman (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile cycle and 26.2 mile run) to raise money for the fantastic care provided by Crossroads.

Crossroads provides support to carers who are looking after loved-ones, giving them a break from their demanding caring responsibilities.
