Story
This wonderful hospital - University College London - saved my life in 2021-22 when I was diagnosed with Non Hodgkins Lymphoma CNS (The short version - Brain Cancer). The fundraising is for Haematology Cancer Care, which is a world leading department staffed by the most wonderful people.
In fact this is the second time they have patched me up. Back in 1967 they repaired the damage over 8 months from a road traffic accident.
I have helped them in a small way in the past. On this occasion I hope to do 1,000 press ups at a rate of 20 per day over a 5 day week. Bear in mind I'm no youngster and will be 79 next birthday (October).
I hope you will support me and thank you in advance for your generosity. As the saying goes "Every little helps!"
