I am raising money for MIND in order to spread awareness of mental health issues in young adults. Please donate what you can but more importantly speak with those in your life that mat be struggling. In the modern world mental health is more important than ever, we can be our own worst enemies at times therefore I fee that MIND and charities like it are a cause worth championing.

This year Europe's Toughest Mudder happens to be taking place in Yorkshire at Broughton Hall and I thought I would take on the challenge.

A standard Tough Mudder is either a 5 or 10 mile obstacle course once. The one I am taking part in is 12 hours of 5 mile laps through the night from 8pm to 8am and its as many laps as you can manage.

An exceptional challenge for an exceptional cause.
