Story

Hi everyone, welcome to our just giving page! Me and my dad will be taking part in a Three Peak Challenge organised by the Wiggett Group! We have to conquer all 3 within 24 hours alongside raising as much as we can for this great cause!! Would be greatly appreciated if you could spare as much or as little and you could and help us reach out goal!

Over 400,000 children develop cancer each year. If the disease is detected early enough, many of these children can be cured - 80% of children with cancer in high-income countries survive. However, in low and middle income countries, survival rates can be as low as 10%, and many children die, without effective pain relief.

World Child Cancer is dedicated to addressing the disparity of cancer care for children across the world. We believe that every child, no matter where they are born should have access to the best possible treatment and care.

In low- and middle-income countries fewer than 1 in 10 children with cancer are diagnosed, treated or given pain relief. World Child Cancer improves cancer care for some of the world’s poorest children by creating international twinning partnerships between medics hospitals and parent support groups
