To kick things off in 2024, I will be running the April Manchester Marathon in aid of The Motor Neurone Disease Association.

In September 2018, my lovely dad was diagnosed with this illness and sadly lost his battle in May 2021. My dad was always full of energy and absolutely loved running and seeing this horrible illness slowly consume his life was truly heartbreaking.

If you happen to have any spare pennies lying around this Christmas, I would truly appreciate any donations towards funding research towards this wonderful charity; who helps individuals and families living with MND and funds research into more trials to hopefully one day find a cure.
