I'm taking part in the 2023 Great North Run to support Crohn's & Colitis UK!

I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease when I was 17. This charity offered help and support to me and my family during very difficult times, as well as providing information and services which I've used while being in remission and living with the disease into my adult life.

Crohn's & Colitis UK are the UK's leading charity for Crohn's and Colitis. Right now, over 500,000 people in the UK are living with a lifelong disease that many people have never heard of.
