Story
Thanks for visiting my page. I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation and I'd be so grateful for your support.
I became a PT because I want to help people and make them feel the best about themselves. To a lot of people a PT just helps them stay on track. For me I see myself as an ambassador of hope and an educator on health and wellbeing part of that means strivingto be the best I can and show clientsthat anythingis achievable.
BHF, I've volunteered for them in the past in one of their shops and understand the need for defibrillators and education on cardiovascular health.
What I'll be doing?
I'm going to be doing the things I love in balance with educating people on heart health. Aswell as fitness I'm going to raise awareness on livestreaming platforms offering live workouts and generally having a little laugh on the Internet.
In terms of training I'm going to be documenting that. I already do a lot of functional movements in my training but will be adding more to my workout.
What about this cause
The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target. Thanks!
