Story

Hello!

This Christmas, I am asking my friends, family, and colleagues to support a charity that is close to my heart. Jaya Mental Health is a small, incredible NGO founded by a very good old friend of mine, that offers free mental health support to vulnerable people living in remote parts of the world who have no one to turn to for help.

Every minute, somewhere in the world, someone ends their own life.

That is 80 people every hour, 1,926 every day, and over 700,000 every year!

Of these, 77% live in a low- or middle-income country and for most, there is no help in sight.

These are shocking statistics. But the amazing thing is that a conversation with somebody willing to listen is sometimes all it takes to help start saving a life.

This Christmas, I am asking friends like you to help me raise £300 and bring hope to people that feel hopeless.

Danke! Thank you!

Hans
