HYROX LONDON 2024

As most of you know, I have been a personal trainer for nearly three years now and my first ever client is the amazing Rebecca Smith. She walked through those gym doors with me on day one, and is still training with me 3 years on.

Unfortunately, Becks has been diagnosed with breast cancer. She is such a strong person and I have no doubt she will come back stronger than ever. We are going to be doing Hyrox for her with my fantastic doubles partner Bryony. We want to raise as much money as we can on her behalf to give back and support others going through this.

I am so grateful for you Becks, not only have you supported my business, you have supported me as a person, colleague and friend. I want to do you proud and help support in raising money for this brilliant cause.
