I am challenging myself to do an overnight hike of Snowdon to raise money for the neuroscience research at cardiff uni that is looking to find new cures and treatments for diseases such as Alzheimers.

My grandpa has Alzheimer's and knowing what an impact this disease has on the individual and their loved ones inspires me and is something very close to my heart.
