On the 20th September 2024 the girls & I will be celebrating our beautiful Katie's life along with her family & colleagues, by coming together to take part in a challenging walk in and around her home town, Brighton.

In doing so, we are hoping to raise more awareness, support and money for MDS UK which is a charity that was very close to Kate's heart, having battled MDS herself for many years.

Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) are a type of rare blood cancer where your body doesn’t produce enough healthy blood cells. For most people, unfortunately MDS cannot be cured, but it can be controlled and often improved with treatment.

MDS UK continues to raise awareness and offer support and information to patients and families affected by MDS, along with campaigning to make treatments available to increase quality of life for MDS patients. 

We'd be grateful for donations of any size to support this amazing cause and in memory of a truly special lady 🧡 Amy, Aimee, Jaz, Fran & I will be using this one page for our combined donations.

Katie was one of a kind, a complete ball of sunshine with a true passion for life. Kind, selfless and the life and soul of every party! We miss her dearly everyday, forever in our hearts 🧡🕊️🌻
