Severn Trent Mountain Challenge 2025
Campaign by WaterAid (RCN 288701 (England and Wales) and SC039479 (Scotland))
Challenge yourself to trek 10, 20 or 30 miles through the challenging terrain and glorious views of the Peak District to raise funds to help climate-vulnerable communities in Bangladesh.

Story

Clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene should be a normal part of everyone’s daily life. Without all three, people can’t live dignified and healthy lives. With all three, they can unlock their potential, break free from poverty and change their lives for good. With clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene, children are born healthier. They get the chance to go to school and grow up to become adults. Women and men get to earn a living. Whole communities start to thrive.

In July I will be walking 20 miles with a team from WSP as part of the Severn Trent's Mountain Challenge to raise funds and awareness for Water Aid.
