For the 2024 London Marathon, I will be running for the charity Christian Aid. I was fortunate to do six months work with the charity looking into climate change and the ways in which we can educate and motivate people to respond to the climate crisis. Alongside climate change, they also fight issues such as poverty, discrimination, fair pricing for producers, disaster prevention and responses, and many other important issues.

Christian Aid believes that everyone is equal in God's eyes and so stands up for the most marginalised people across the globe regardless of what faith, ethnicity, or belief they hold. Everyone is important and equal. Poverty is an outrage against humanity. It robs people of their dignity and lets injustice thrive.

They seek to eradicate extreme poverty by tackling its root causes. In solidarity with people living in poverty, they amplify their voices to speak truth to power and create lasting change.
