On the 14th June Arnie's family received the devastating news that he has been diagnosed with an aggresive brain tumour that sadly can't be treated, he has been given a prognosis of 6-12 months to live and his health will soon start to rapidly decline.

The support from family and friends has been overwhelming since we found out and one of the charities we have come accross is Sam's Gift, Sadly, the T-Cell Lymphoma that Sam was diagnosed with, was particularly aggressive. The family lost Sam in November 2014, but he fought until the very end. In Sam’s memory, they have created Sam’s Gift – a ‘Journey Box’ where hopes, fears and wishes can be expressed.

They want to help young cancer patients through the difficult times which may lie ahead of them. Sam’s Gift aims to give something positive, at a time when it is most needed.
