Story

On the 15th October I will be attempting to run the Bath Half to raise some money for Prostate Cancer UK.

Last summer, our Dad received a shock diagnosis of prostate cancer - completely symptomless, completely silent. Thankfully he was able to undergo some treatment and after a pretty big surgery he is now doing well. We are so lucky to have had this outcome, but we know that, sadly, not all stories are as positive as ours.

Due to the work and research that Prostate Cancer UK support, he was able to get a diagnosis, and treatment, quickly which made all the difference. We want to support this charity so that more people can have a positive outcome like ours!!

Unfortunately in many cases, prostate cancer can run in families and sadly our grandpa suffered in a similar way - so this charity is doubly as important to us. Lets do this for our dads, bros, sons, uncles and ALL people with a prostate.

Thanks so much for reading, anything that you can give is so appreciated!

Lots of love xxx

Ps. If you're 40+, make sure you go to your free NHS health check !! If its been delayed/missed due to COVID make sure you follow it up with your GP - might just save your life.
