As some of you may know, I am a member of the Junior Advisory Board for Her Justice - a wonderful organization that has provided lifechanging free legal help to over 45,000 women and children in New York City. I'm proud to support the Her Justice 2023 Shift the Power Campaign, a commitment to bringing three decades of expertise to creating a more fair and functional civil justice system for women in NYC – so they can build safer, stronger futures for themselves and their families.

For 30 years, Her Justice has advocated alongside women living in poverty. Their clients – 90% of whom are women of color, 80% of whom are survivors of intimate partner violence and 70% of whom are mothers – must navigate the civil justice system to access basic rights. Her Justice stands with them as they seek safety, stability, and self-sufficiency through New York’s civil justice system. Each dollar you donate will deliver $8 of legal services.
