Story
On Sunday 26th May, I ran the Manchester 10km & although this wasn't how I usually spend my Bank Holiday weekends, I absolutely loved the buzz of pushing for and achieving my goal of sub 60.
Wanting to keep the momentum going, I decided to push for the next goal and will be running the Manchester half marathon at Tatton Park in memory of my hero, my Gramps.
Having never ran more than 10km in my life, this will be one hell of a challenge!
Unfortunately, we have or know of someone who has been affected by cancer. This is my way of giving something back, in memory of my greatest male role model in life and to anyone else who has suffered from this horrific disease.
We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.
Together we can make a difference. Thank you for all of your support, every little helps.
