Hello on Wednesday 2nd October I'm handcycling from my city of Doncaster in South Yorkshire in uk to helmond in the Netherlands and back again, everyone who knows me knows I love handcycling and I thought I would do it for a charity very close to my heart.

Being disabled myself I know how hard life is when you gone from being fully healthy to using different aids to enjoy life better and have to deal with it, a handcycle is easier as legs go into too much spasms as my brain doesn't always send the correct signals to rest of body

so a support dog can help you live a more fulfilling independent life at home

Support dogs help train dogs to support people who have autism, epilepsy and disability

A support dog can change someone life in so many ways definitely when they can live more independent life and be able to go out and live there life on there own
