On the 30th September, our Magnificent Seven (Nick, Kim, Helen, Aidan, Meg, Sam & Sally) conquers Snowdon, not just for the climb, but to raise vital funds which will bring hope and comfort to ICU patients at the Countess of Chester Hospital through their Blue Skies Balcony Appeal.

We're embarking on this challenging journey because the Countess of Chester Hospital holds a special place in our hearts, providing care to numerous members of our staff and unwavering support, and over the years we’ve fostered a deep and cherished partnership. Our team wanted to help make a difference and support an appeal that is close to the hearts of many of our employees.

The new appeal is to build a garden balcony in their Intensive Care Unit (ICU) so that our poorly patients can benefit from the outdoors in a safe and infection-controlled environment. All patients, their visitors and staff are set to benefit from this innovative improvement that will make it easier and safer to move patients outside with no loss of space to the existing unit which opened in 2014.

Any donations will be greatly received for this fantastic appeal.
