Story

On the 12th of December 2022 we suddenly and sadly lost our friend Megs. We both met Megs during our time at Aberystwyth University and she was a huge part of our time there. She had the biggest of hearts and was loved by so many. We both agree that without Megs, our time at university would've been different and we feel blessed to have shared so many memories with her.

We're running the Cardiff Half Marathon in her memory to raise money for MIND, a charity which works endlessly to help anyone who is effected by mental health.

We hope to contribute to the vital work they do in promoting mental well-being and providing support to those in need.

Join us in the fight for mental health. We won’t stop until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets both support and respect.

If you are currently struggling with your mental health or find yourself in a crisis, please remember that you are not alone, and help is available.
