In loving memory of Colin Charlett

Colin was an incredibly special individual who touched the lives of numerous people throughout his decades of living in Kennington, his service to the council, and his career as a car mechanic. He was a devoted friend and a pillar of support for his family, always going above and beyond for those he cared about. Whether lending a helping hand during tough times, offering words of wisdom, or setting the world to rights.

Despite the challenges towards the end, we want to honour the remarkable life he lived and the wonderful person he was by expressing our support for a charity that he supported himself.

During his final weeks, Sobell House provided exceptional care, ensuring his comfort and extending their support to both me and my mum. Their genuine compassion was evident in every aspect of their care, marked by the utmost respect and dignity, especially in those final moments.

Colin, you will always be cherished in our memories, and we will miss you so much. Life will never be the same again x x x
