6 mis yn ol neshi golli fy ngwr annwyl, y boi gora yn y Byd, i’r afiechyd creulon yma. Mi oedd Bow yn fy nghefnogi i gymaint ym mhob ffordd, a dwi am redeg fy ras gyntaf mewn 3 mlynedd i godi arian er cof am Bow mewn pythefnos, sef Ras Y Wyddfa. Mae bywyd heb Bow yn anodd, ond dwi’n gwthio ymlaen bob dydd ar ol iddo ofyn i fi ‘plis bydda’n hapus’. Dwi’n methu fo gymaint.

6 months ago i lost my beautiful husband, the best guy around to this awful disease. Bow supported me so much in every way, and in two weeks i am going to run my first race in three years in his memory, the Snowdon race. Life without Bow is incredibly hard, but I am pushing forward every day because he told me to me ‘please just be happy’. I miss him so much.
