This year, Gus (8) and Bea (4) are lacing up their sneakers for Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend to support a place close to our hearts—The Good Companions Seniors Centre.

The Good Companions is more than just a centre—it’s a vibrant community where older adults find friendship, support, and joy. Gus and Bea know how important it is to care for and celebrate older adults, and they’re excited to run, walk, and maybe even dance their way to the finish line, all while raising funds for this wonderful organization.
