Event: MOLINEUX SLEEPOUT 2023, on 17 November 2023
The Molineux Sleepout is back for 2023. Wolves fans and residents of the city are invited to spend a night sleeping rough in the Stan Cullis Stand to raise funds and awareness to support the homeless, vulnerable and the City of Wolverhampton.

Story

Staff and volunteers are taking part in this year's Molineux Sleepout, taking place on November 17th to raise funds for the Good Shepherd and Wolves Foundation.

In the first six months of 2023, the Good Shepherd have seen a 27% increase in the number of people accessing the food and crisis support service, a 19% increase in the amount of food interventions (hot meals, takeout meals and family food parcels) and a 60% increase in the number of casework sessions delivered compared to the same period in 2022.

In total, over 1,000 individuals have been supported during this time, with over 13,000 hot meals/food parcels provided.

It is only thanks to funding received from partners, trusts and organisations and the local community that the Good Shepherd is able to deliver its range of free-to-access services, and this support is hugely appreciated.

Staff and volunteers will join colleagues from Wolves Foundation in spending a night sleeping in the Stan Cullis Stand and any donations will be hugely appreciated and will go directly towards helping people experiencing homelessness or vulnerability across the city.
