We provide advice, advocacy and support to help anyone with a mental health problem

Story

We are three childhood best-friends - Georgie, Rach and Joe - lacing up our shoes to run a marathon in our home town of Brighton, in support of two great causes very close to our hearts.

We are raising funds for Mind in Brighton and Hove, to support their work providing care and resources for those struggling with mental health. After seeing loved ones face these challenges, we feel passionate about removing the stigma around mental illness and increasing access to support.

We are also raising money for the British Heart Foundation to fund pioneering research into heart disease, which affects and claims the lives of so many close to us personally, and throughout the UK.

Training for, and running 26.2 miles (42 km) is no easy feat - especially for 3 people that prefer holidays to Hokas! We've been pushing ourselves during months of training to prepare (if you've seen us huffing and puffing around Battersea with all the other 20-something weekend warriors, no you haven't).

We hope you will consider supporting our marathon effort with a donation to these two fantastic charities. Your contribution will provide care and hope to those facing mental health struggles, and bring us closer to new treatments and cures for cardiovascular diseases. Please run with us by donating today! Any donation will be greatly appreciated, no matter how small.

Apologies that our personalities are 95% marathon, you'll find us back at the pub post-April!
