Story

For 2024, I’m going to be doing the Ice Bucket Challenge every day for the whole year….yes all 365 days of them!

Follow my journey on my TikTok (drproctor20) and Instagram (drproctor14) as I will share daily videos of me doing this challenge. The objective of these videos is to spread awareness of MND, the Ice Bucket Challenge, and my personal experience of MND as my Dad sadly passed away because of the cruel disease.

The rules of the challenge are simple. Each day, I will have to:

1) Pour at least a bucket of Ice cold water over my head

2) Post a video on my socials of me doing this.

*If I fail to complete both of these tasks then, on that failed day, I will donate £5 to this page.*

The charity is MND Scotland and it would be great if you could contribute to a small donation.

MND Scotland is the only Scottish charity providing care and support to people affected by Motor Neuron Disease (MND), as well as funding research to take us a step closer to a cure.

We want a world without Motor Neuron Disease, so I’m fundraising because I want to help find a cure for this devastating disease.

Sponsoring me will also help MND Scotland to provide practical, financial, and emotional support to people affected by MND.

Thank you!
