Story

This year, I am taking on the Glasgow, Aberdeen, and Edinburgh Kiltwalks in honour of my great friend Martin, who sadly passed away from bowel cancer.

Martin was one of the best - kind, funny, and always up for a laugh. He was also a massive WWE wrestling fan, so to make these walks even more special (and in true Martin style), I'll be dressing as a different wrestler for each one! It's exactly the kind of thing that would have made him laugh, and I know he'd absolutely love it.

While the costumes will bring some fun, the real reason behind this challenge is to raise money and awareness in Martin's memory. If you'd like to support me, donate, or even join in, I'd be truly grateful.

This one's for you Martin, we miss you!

A Bear Named Buttony is a Scottish Charity providing support throughout the UK to children and young people who have a stoma. We donate Buttony, a cuddly friend, who has a stoma to children through a network of paediatric stoma nurses and direct through our FaceBook page. For Young Adults with a stoma we donate a wash bag full of non medical items to help them adapt to life with a stoma. Thanks so much for considering supporting our work. Together we can raise awareness and banish the 'poo' taboo!
