Six years ago Martin Hywood launched the 'Move a Mile for Muscles' campaign with MD UK and has since become the very proud ambassador of the movement. He told his story of diagnosis and about living with the condition and that spread like wild fire on social media.

Martin has inspired me on so many levels I've walked miles for him in the past, climbed a virtual Snowdon in lockdown but this will be perhaps harder than all of that.

Exposed, alone, and on stage for one night only performing a short comedy routine in front of a crowd of 100's. The walk out onto the stage that night will feel like the hardest yards I've ever walked but if they can help some vital research for this cause then it will all be worth it.
