Hello all,

Yet again this year I will be volunteering at Crisis at Christmas. This charity supports homeless people across Great Britain year round. At Christmas, life is particularly bleak if you are homeless. Everyone else is with friends and family, including the services on which you rely. Crisis does its best to make sure homeless people have a great Christmas. While they are with us we provide a wide range of support, food and shelter. We also start people back on the road to being safe in their own place.

I'll be helping to run one of three hotels for rough sleepers in London which are open for two weeks. While there each guest gets their own room in a swanky four star hotel, all meals and services provided 24 hours a day. Free of charge.
