Gracie’s 10 mile walk in November

This is an ongoing campaign to help cover costs such as vet bills, food and treatments for the animals in our care, to keep them happy, healthy and safe.

Story

We adopted Jake from RSPCA Preston & District Branch in April 2021, 6 months before Gracie was born.

Jake is a very nervous dog around new people however from the day Gracie arrived home they have been inseparable. When Jake hears Gracie wake in the morning he waits at her bedroom door, they share rice crispies and toast each morning. He gets unlimited cuddles throughout the day, and most of all they love playing fetch together.

The best of friends.

As RSPCA cover all the vet bills, treatments, food, toys, beds etc we as a family want to raise money for the poor animals who might not have a home this Christmas. We want to raise money to enable them to have a warm bed, Christmas dinner and a special present in the morning.

I know times are tight especially leading up to Christmas so even if you have blankets or towels you no longer need or any unopened grain-free food no longer needed. Anything small would be greatly appreciated. In December we will be collecting as many items as possible for Gracie and Jake to go and deliver back at RSPCA centre and the staff all adored Jake so I know they would love to see how far he has come.
