A message from Grace:

I am doing this to raise money for Ipswich hospital on behalf of my dad who sadly passed away January this year after an extremely brave and difficult 3-year battle with oesophagus cancer. He was extremely well taken care of by those in the oncology department as well as many others in Ipswich hospital.

Last year my dad and I had planned to do this abseil together but he suffered a heart attack so we couldn’t. I’m very grateful to have Maisie doing this with me and supporting!

A message from Maisie:

I am doing this abseil to raise funds for ipswich hospital in particular the oncology department who worked to make Mark comfortable and supported the family in such a difficult time. I’m so grateful that Grace asked me to do this abseil with her in memory of Mark who sadly never got round to doing it, i know he would be so proud that she is still following through! Raising money on behalf and in memory of such an amazing man is an honour x
