My next Intensive Day is now LIVE!!

This one is for Charity and I have chosen one close to my heart - British Thyroid Foundation.

As some of you know my sister has recently had surgery to remove half of her thyroid due to finding a lump earlier this year.

Ellie is on the mend and thankfully results have come back that it was benign 🙏🏻

She surprises me daily with how brave and strong she is and has continued to be throughout this whole process. Ellie agreed I could share her experience to encourage people to get lumps and symptoms of thyroid disease checked and raise awareness.

British Thyroid Foundation’s mission: We are dedicated to providing people with the highest standard of support and information about thyroid disorders based on the best current medical evidence and individual experiences.

They also help fund research into all forms of thyroid disease which will improve the treatment and care for patients in the future.

100% of the proceeds will be donated and a just giving page will be set up for those that don’t wish to Pole on the day but would still like to donate.
