Grace is taking part in the 2023 Kendal Colour Dash to raise money for St John's Hospice!

Grace and her fab friend Rona are often found running in cross country races together, this Sunday they’re swapping medals for 5K of fun, paint and hopefully a little sponsorship to support a fabulous charity.

It’s not easy to explain the concept of a hospice to an 8 year old, especially when death comes into the conversation, but Grace has been amazing in her understanding and appreciation for the care St John’s Hospice provides.

If you’re able to give £1, it will make Grace’s day to know the difference she’s helping to make.
