Story
I'll be doing my yearly contribution to the great charity event GameBlast, which is run by SpecialEffect every year, and this will be my 4th year running (I think). This means I'll be streaming for 24hrs from Friday 24th February to Saturday 25th February. More specific times can be found on my Twitch Schedule, which you can find on my Twitch Channel.
I'm also collaborating with my colleagues this year, so if you'd like to see what more of us are getting up to, I'll soon be adding a link to the Team page.
What is GameBlast?
GameBlast is the UK's biggest annual charity gaming marathon weekend in aid of The Gamer's Charity SpecialEffect. Your GameBlast donations will enable SpecialEffect to help gamers with disabilities by finding out what they want to play, and exactly what they need to play it. Everyone's abilities are different so they'll match, modify or create custom gaming setups, and give lifelong support so they can continue to get the best out of it.
From modified gaming controllers to eye-control systems, every system that SpecialEffect provides is personalized to the individual user. Sometimes that might mean adding voice control or a chin joystick, or they might get the drill and soldering iron out to adapt the button positions on a regular controller. There are hundreds of potential solutions, and it's SpecialEffect's job to find the right one.
