Story
Hi everyone,
I’m excited to partner with Good Grief to run this year's NYC Half Marathon. We're striving to provide essential resources to children and families navigating through loss to help them find resilience and feel supported. I'm also running in honor of my late father, Greg, and all the parents and caretakers who left us too soon.
Your support goes much further than contributing to a race; it boosts Good Grief's mission to provide free programming for children who need strength during a difficult time.
More about Good Grief:
Good Grief builds resilience in children, strengthens families, and empowers communities to grow from loss and adversity. They stand on the front lines supporting grieving children and families wherever they are, whenever they need it, for as long as they need it. One in seven kids will experience the death of a parent or sibling before the age of 25, equating to over 280,000 kids in NJ. Without the right support, this traumatic experience can result in long-term mental and physical health problems such as anxiety and depression. The need for Good Grief's free programs continues to grow. Join me in changing the future for grieving kids. Your contribution is a step towards creating a brighter tomorrow for those navigating the challenging path of loss.
