It’s estimated there are over 130,000 people living with MS in the UK. So, despite my calf tear recovery, I'll be doing my best to walk, cycle or swim 130 kilometres throughout the month of May.

MS Together is a new UK-based charity that exists to support services of advice and support to people affected by MS, with a particular focus on those aged 18-35 living with MS.

Any money raised will help them improve and expand their services so that they can support even more young adults living with MS.
