I recently lost my mum to cancer. She was diagnosed as having advanced lung cancer on the Monday, and died on the Saturday. It's left such a gap in our family, and one we didn't get time to prepare for. To honour my mum, I'm dedicating my efforts at a variety of running events to raising money for Macmillan.
