Glenelg & Arnisdale Community Hall needs your help.

With the rising cost of energy, our bills have almost tripled in the last 6 months and we have gone from being a sustainable community building to struggling to keep our doors open.

We are taking steps to reduce our bills by looking at sourcing a new, energy efficient heating system and are implementing sustainable, new funding streams; but in the meantime, we urgently need to raise as much money as we can to help with our running costs. Our latest electricity bill for the quarter was £5,126.25. With bills like this, we simply can't continue.

The hall is a critical community resource. As one of the most isolated, remote areas in Scotland, we need this resource to offer flexible, adaptable space for events, special interest groups, weddings, funerals, worship, sports and community welfare.
